Psychotherapy in Santa Barbara

My name is Kymberlee Ruff, MFT. I have worked in the field of Psychology since in 1978 when I began working in Psychiatric Units in Honolulu and Santa Barbara. I got my Marriage and Family Therapist psychotherapy license in 1986.

Since that time I have treated thousands of individuals, couples and families.
Over the years I have studied many different paradigms and had the good fortune of studying with some of the greatest minds in Psychology.

In the past ten years I have specialized in Jungian Psychology with its focus on Dream Work. I am 1/4 Cherokee by ethnicity and over the years have integrated the spirituality of my ancestors into my work.

I have a sliding fee scale and work evenings and weekends. My practice contains marriage and family therapy, spiritual counseling, and Jungian psychotherapy.
